Bonaventure Shoes will gladly accept the return of unworn, undamaged merchandise for REFUND, when received by us within fifteen (15) days of our original date of shipment. A return must be in the original box and wrappings as you received it ~ and include the original sales receipt. Freight charges are not refundable for any reason other than a defect or a shipping error on our part. We’ve very sorry, there can be no exceptions to this policy. Bonaventure Shoes will accept the return of merchandise deemed defective by its manufacturer within 90 days of our original date of shipment for exchange or repair. ALL Returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA), all Returns without an RA clearly marked on the package exterior must be refused. Please contact customer service for instructions. CLOSE OUT ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE AND NOT RETURNABLE.

Shipping Policy.
Bonaventure Shoes fills the great majority of orders the date of order, if received before noon Pacific Time. If we are unable to fill your order within five days of receipt, due to out of stock or back orders, we will promptly contact you by e-mail or telephone to advise expected date of shipment. If this date is not satisfactory to you, your order will be cancelled.

Bonaventure Shoes does not pay shipping or handling charges for non-defective returns or exchanges.

Bonaventure Shoes will accept charges to valid Visa, MasterCard, Discover cards or PayPal PROVIDED the shipping destination address is the same as the billing address for the credit card. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION! IF the address is different than the address of record, you must call your customer service number from the back of the credit card & advise them of an alternate mailing address that we can then verify prior to processing your order.

Gift Certificates.
Shoes make a great gift, but if you are not sure of size and fit, send a Gift Certificate! Gift certificates expire 1 year from issue date and not returnable for refund but may be transferred. If the recipient makes a purchase that is less than the amount of the certificate, a new certificate with the balance will be issued by email and may be used at any time prior to expiration.
